My Favorite Disney World Ride In Every Park! Ranking Disney World Rides!

Each ride in Walt Disney World has it’s own pros and it’s own cons. From rollercoasters to dark rides, each ride is drastically different; so different, it even makes it hard to chose a favorite sometimes! But today, I’m going to chose my personal favorite ride in each Disney World park!

I did an article a while back where I ranked every ride in EPCOT, and Soarin’ Around The World stole the number one spot. This hasn’t changed since May, and honestly, I don’t think it ever will! Soarin’ is such a unique ride, because it is such an immersive and engaging experience. You can’t really compare it to any other attraction, and that’s why it’s so popular among EPCOT guests! My favorite part of the attraction is by far the fact that you can not only feel the air as you’re flying over different parts of the world, but you can smell the scents in each different location!

While every ride in EPCOT is great in it’s own way, Soarin’ just soars (get it?) above the others. Each time I ride the attraction it gets better than I remember it being the time before, and I think that Soarin’ Around The World is one of the only rides in Disney World that feels that way.

Magic Kingdom: Space Mountain

Choosing a favorite Magic Kingdom ride is very a difficult task! With so many classic attractions like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Carousel Of Progress, Dumbo The Flying Elephant, and even more, it becomes hard to narrow it down to just one favorite! But after many trips to Magic Kingdom, I was finally able to chose a favorite ride, and that is Space Mountain. Normally, I’m not one to get excited about rollercoasters, but this space themed attraction is definitely an exception. Filled to the brim with dramatic twists, turns, and drops, riding Space Mountain never gets old, and (In my opinion) will always be a timeless attraction.

This is not the case for me, but if you are afraid of the dark, I would advise that you sit this one out. As the name Space Mountain might tell you, this rollercoaster is completely in the dark, except for a few flashing lights. However, I do think this adds a lot to the experience, since you don’t know when the turns or drops are coming.

Animal Kingdom: Kilimanjaro Safari

Even though it’s been a few years since I’ve been on Kilimanjaro Safari, it still remains my favorite attraction in Animal Kingdom. This might be because I’m an avid animal lover, or just because it’s such a special experience, but I adore the thought of having animals in Disney World. So being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney World by taking a nice, relaxing ride on a safari sounds wonderful.

Hollywood Studios: Star Tours

Okay… I have a little disclaimer to make. I have not been to Hollywood Studios in person in a few years, therefore, there are a few rides I have not ridden on yet. (Even though I’ve rode them plenty of times via YouTube.) So instead of choosing my favorite out of every ride there, I will just be choosing between the rides I’ve experienced in person. And out of those couple rides, my favorite is by far Star Tours.

I remember riding this ride when I was really little, and not enjoying it very much. To be fair, this ride can be scary for little kids, and I was not the biggest Star Wars fan- I didn’t even know who half the characters were. But now that I’m older and I’ve watched most of the Star Wars movies, I can really appreciate this ride for what it is. Star Tours a very immersive attraction, as you feel like you are actually flying through the Star Wars movies. If you are a Star Wars fan like I now am, this is a must-do attraction in Hollywood Studios.

Overall

Every ride in Disney World is great in its own way- that’s why it’s so hard to chose a favorite. But in the end, everyone has at least one ride in each park that holds a very special place in their heart, and that’s why I decided to share my list of favorite rides today. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my list of favorite Disney World rides in each park. Remember to stay safe, and stay tuned for more Disney content coming to A Dollop Of Disney!
